Posted By: Charles ChavisOk, i've processed a few hundred pounds of everything with this knife. Chicken, pork picnic shanks, you name it. this knife is a total beast. No, not a chef, don't work in a kitchen but i do process raw food for my pup and obviously cook for myself. i reach for this knife time and time again. do note, it does tend to walk on you when you cut since its a single bevel but you can adjust. razor sharp and holds the edge for a long time.
