Daovua knives are hand-forged in Vietnam by the Nhat family, a small blacksmith operation CKTG discovered several years ago and has championed ever since. The blades are made from recycled automotive leaf spring steel, typically 5160 carbon. The grind and heat treatment consistently surprise our customers.
