This black finish saucing spoon is the smaller, more precise companion to our bestselling large plating spoon, sized for cooks who want a bit more control for delicate garnish work or plating in tighter spaces. It carries the same balance and feel that has made the larger size a line cook staple, just scaled down.
Built on an 18/8 stainless steel core, the bowl carries a black mirror polish while the handle is left brushed, a contrast finish that stays easy to grip through a busy service. The bowl holds approximately 1.5 tablespoons, enough for a clean sauce line or a controlled dot without overloading a smaller plate. At 220mm and 2.5 oz it stays light and maneuverable through repeated use.
Care Instructions: Safe for dishwasher cleaning and easy hand washing.

Excellent Spoon, September 1, 2026Posted By: Kyle
Used daily more than 2 years for everything you can think of in a pro kitchen. The shape is great. Good amount of curve and depth on the bowl for numerous kitchen tasks. Coating has held up extremely well. I never scrub them with abrasive pads but always run them through the dish machine after a shift. Well worn but still black throughout. For the price point the entire Richmond line of spoons are the best on the market.
