Shiro Kamo SG2 Knives

Shiro Kamo received the Dento-Kogei-shi title - master of traditional crafts - at 47 years old, making him one of the youngest recipients in the history of the designation. He works at Takefu Village, the cooperative workshop in Echizen, with a small crew of two workmen. Everything stays in-house. That combination produces knives with a consistency and quality that is immediately apparent to anyone who has handled a few of them.
