Hatsukokoro Ryuhyo Kurozome SG2 Damascus

The Ryuhyo Kurozome SG2 Damascus is the dark, dramatic half of Hatsukokoro's Ryuhyo family. Each blade has an SG2 powdered stainless core hardened to 62-64 HRC, clad in stainless Damascus with a black Kurozome finish that sets off the layer pattern, and fitted with an octagonal ebony handle. SG2 takes a keen edge and holds it far longer than ordinary stainless, and the stainless build keeps care simple.
