Kotetsu Nashiji Blue #2

Kotetsu (formerly known as Minamoto Kotetsu) knives are made in Seki, Japan, and this line that we call the nashiji blue #2 has very nice stainless steel cladding with a nashiji finish which means pear skin. The edge steel is blue #2 made by Hitachi and is excellent carbon steel.
