TOJIRO makes a wide range of knives and tools, and this section holds the eclectic pieces that do not fit neatly into our other categories, unique blade shapes and specialty tools alongside the more familiar lines. All of it comes out of Sanjo City, the same Niigata Prefecture metalworking hub responsible for some of the most respected cutlery production in Japan, and carries the same manufacturing precision as the rest of the TOJIRO catalog.
