1 people found this review helpfulMost easily used & abused knife of my Japanese stable. Wonderful for tomatoes, slicing hams & salamis, and cheap enough to let the missus use it as she forgets to use a board, a cardinal sin, but forgivable with a 20$ knife. Cuts excellently, as good as my Tojiro damascus, because it bites more easily. A shorter version of this knife would be enough for most 'casual use' non-knife-geek households out there!
