Tojiro Origami

The TOJIRO ORIGAMI line takes its name from the Japanese art of paper folding and applies the same idea to steel. Each knife is formed from a single folded sheet of high-carbon stainless - no welding, no joining seams - so the blade and handle are structurally one piece. The seamless construction makes these knives easy to clean and unlike anything else in Tojiro's catalog. The design won an iF Design Award, one of the most prestigious honors in product design.
