This 2 stage sharpener is not the ideal way to sharpen your knives but it's certainly the least expensive and because it's small it's easily transported in you knife bag or tool box for quick touch ups of your blades. The sharpener had two stages, a tungstun carbide side and a fine ceramic side.

Seems like something that would be at a dollar store. The ceramic side on mine was actually offset which lead to me chipping a brand new $300 Gyuto I bought off the site. I gave it a few slides for a light honing. Learned my lesson quick.
