This is the best bread knife I have owned. Extremely well made and very sharp. Great for any slicing tasks. You will not go wrong buying one. The price is excellent and worth every penny.

This was a surprise as it was better than I expected. I see why so many rated it 5 stars. It does its job very well and a well made knife. I would recommend to all. Not the longest but works great.

I was just tired of struggling with slicing thick crusted bread with kitchen knives that couldn't handle the job and bread bows which were simply useless. This knife is beautifully weighted, the grip is comfortable, light but rigid, and out of the box made easy cutting of even slightly stale bread: muffins and scones went without crumbling. I love this addition to our kitchen.

An excellent line of knives, suitable for the professional kitchen or eager amateur. Long lasting, sharp out of the box and easy to care for.This knife would easily make it into my top 3. Used daily for the last 7 years (I'm on to my third knife). It slices the toughest of breads, can portion a cake, slice tomato or rip through a crisp pork belly. Great addition to your kit.

this is the perfect thickness of blade for the application. A thinner blade would possibly be on the edge of being little too flexible and I would still be searching for the perfect bread knife..I would give it 10 stars but 5 is as high as they allow. I'm more than happy.

I've had this knife for 4 years now and it's starting to lose it's edge a little bit. With that said, I have traveled with this knife to numerous kitchens that I've worked in and in every kitchen my coworkers ask to use my knife. I've yet to meet anyone with a better bread knife but I also use this knife for lemons and limes and find no problems with it. Best bang for your buck

Bought it for myself for Xmas. Finish was very good. First use was on fresh, still slightly warm loaf which would have been very difficult to slice with my old serrated bread knife. New one cut very neat and flat slices with only slight drag. I'm quite pleased and would buy again.
