1 people found this review helpfulFantastic knife at a great price. Still getting accustomed to this knife after 5 years of using 2 Kohetsu AS gyutos. Decided to go with something new and different. Not as light as my Kohetsu, but not a heavyweight at all. This knife has a taller profile which is quite nice! Handles vegetable prep with ease. My only complaint is I wish the spine edge and choil were a little more polished. Otherwise, a very beautiful knife! The red ferrule against the maple handle is gorgeous! Finish on the blade is also a real showstopper!
