First tried a Messermeister Diamond Rod which worked great except the 6-800 grit was too aggressive for light maintenance. I then tried a Chef's Choice Ceramic Rod which was also too aggressive for light maintenance.
This Idahone 1200 ceramic is perfect for frequent, light kitchen maintenance!
