Packing Instructions: Wrap the blade in cardboard, bubble wrap, or a knife guard and tape it so it cannot move or cut through the packaging. Place it in a sturdy box and include your name inside (very important). Watch our packing video before shipping.

Blown away by CKTG. Mark was communicative and expeditious with my chipped tipped Takayuki. Turnaround was speedy and I nearly cried when my knife returned mended — cutting smoother than when first purchased. 11/10 for knife repair, sharpening, and customer service. Customer for life after this result.

It was really nice I sent them a picture of the damage and they said they could fix it. It saved me the hassle of wondering if it could be fixed at all and driving around looking for a local knife person. Good service, quick turnaround, and good value, I appreciate that they extended the life of my knife.

I did something dumb and chipped a 3/16 deep chunk out of my go-to Shibata R-2 Bunka knife and thought it was the end of it. I took some pics and sent them in to see if it could be repaired and Mark said it could be repaired!!! I sent it in and it was returned extremely sharp with minimum loss in blade height!!!! Unbelievable is all I can say. They know what they are doing!!! Would highly recommend!!!!

I had just gotten my new Ishikawa in the mail. I was super excited to use it at work. I had the knife less then a week. By total accident a restaurant server push a plate off a shelf and the plate hit my new Ishikawa. The plate chipped my new knife. I emailed CKTG with pictures of my damaged knife. CKTG got right back to me within hours. I sent the Ishikawa back to CKTG. And with in a weeks time CKTG had received, repaired, sent back my Ishikawa. I am thoroughly impressed with the incredible CKTG service. 5 stars all the way. Thank you CKTG.
