The CKTG Rainbow Offset Tweezers are the same 208mm offset plating tool as the rest of the CKTG colored tweezer lineup, finished in an eye-catching multicolor coating. Several reviewers describe them as comparable to JB Prince tweezers - same offset geometry and build quality - at a fraction of the price.
The fine stainless steel tips provide a secure grip on small, delicate ingredients - microgreens, herbs, edible flowers, and garnishes. The offset design gives you a clear line of sight to the plate without your hand hovering directly over the food, which makes ingredient placement more controlled and less rushed. At 208mm these run on the longer side for offset tweezers, giving real reach and leverage during plating. Each pair is engraved with Chefknivestogo. Also available in black, blue, and gold finishes.
What Customers Are Saying: Four reviewers. One uses tweezers for tasting, stirring, moving pan handles, and general work beyond plating - he calls the thickness and length of these perfect for that range of tasks and notes the tip is not as fine as some dedicated plating tweezers, which suits his broader use. Christopher Miller compares them to JB Prince and notes the rainbow finish is durable with careful use but can wear with daily bucket soaking - worth knowing if that is your workflow. Devon Avery calls them precise with good grip, noting they run on the smaller side.
Care Instructions: Hand wash only and dry thoroughly after use. Do not place in the dishwasher. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that may damage the finish. Store in a dry place when not in use.

Functional offeset with some cool colors. Same as JB Prince. I have seen orhers where the color wears away with daily use, and being held in a water bucket, but with careful use, shouldn't be a problem.

I use tweezers for a lot more then playing. I use them to taste, stir, move oa handles, and much more. The thickness and length of these make them perfect for me. They don't have a fine tip, so they aren't as good for playing small items, but overall I'd suggest buying them
