Anryu White #2 Kurouchi Damascus
The Kurouchi Suminagashi (Damascus) by Anryu Hamono has a beautiful dark finish with a Damascus touch along the edge. The knives you see here are made with Hitachi White #2 core steel, and they are heat-treated to HRC 61+.
