Shibata Aogami Super

Takayuki Shibata lives and works in a suburb of Hiroshima, and his claims to knife-nut fame are his laser-thin, hammer forged knives with excellent grinds and outstanding out-of-the-box sharpness. The knives in this section use Aogami Super Steel and are clad with stainless steel.
