I probably am guilty of a mostly classical approach to plating food so the intricacies of modern plating is a bit sideways to my way of looking at things. I have all the spoons, tweezers, and such but we are still in take out mode so they stay in my bag.
But this spoon is different, especially with chocolate. It doesn’t take much time to be proficient at writing in a cursive script. We spent hours upon hours making small piping bags of chocolate and piping letters on parchment paper. This would make pastry work more palatable
