Sayas

A saya is a traditional Japanese wooden knife sheath that protects both the blade and the cook between uses. CKTG carries sayas for gyutos, nakiris, petties, and other formats - fitted to specific blade sizes and profiles. Note that all knives vary in geometry and a saya may not fit every knife at that length. When in doubt, contact us before ordering.
