Great rounding job throughout. Handle has no step. Grind makes for excellent food release despite finish. Balance point where I want it. Pretty. Citrus fruit beware. I had to strop it out-of the box to get to that 6 out of 10. Screaming sharp after the stones.

Sharp out the box but it has a factory grind which isn't all that smooth. That said I use this knife for everything from filleting to full butchering of primals. I love this line of knives especially this Petty. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for a higher end knife great fit and finish.
