Kirameki pans have a slightly rough feel to them and these tiny irregularities on the pan give it excellent non-stick performance. It's important with these pans to use a soft sponge and soapy water only to clean. Also, we highly recommend you don't use high heat on the pans. Season with grapeseed oil or another oil with a high smoke point before using.

If you haven�t tried one of these you should. Super easy seasoning, lightweight. The only drawback is clunky rivets and sharp edges on the handle.

For making eggs on the weekend bfast, this is awesome!
