This was made with extra material tolerances. Someone manually put the cutting surfaces to a grinder after manufacturing in order to get everything to be within spec. What this means is that the cutting edges will look ugly, but this thing is a great cutter! Worth getting if all you want is performance, but not good if you want a looker.
