The cck kf1302 is my right arm. It slices, dices and minces like a dream. You take care of it. It takes care of you. And you don't have to worry over it like the shun. It ain't pretty, but what it does for food prep is beautiful.

I wanted to commend your customer service, as they were extremely helpful with problems I had with my order. Although the knife I bought was a wedding gift -- and therefore I haven't had a chance to use it -- I'm sure it's of excellent quality -- it was chosen but the chef groom. Thank you for taking care of your clients (and of course, for the quality and variety of your products). I will certainly recommend to friends.
