Yoshimi Kato SG2

Yoshimi Kato hit it out of the park with this SG2 Damascus line, and it remains one of the most striking lasers CKTG carries. SG2 is a powdered stainless steel that takes a genuinely keen edge and holds it well, ground here into thin, light blades that feel almost weightless in hand. The Damascus cladding is gorgeous, the fit and finish is excellent throughout, and the octagonal handles are comfortable and well balanced. If you want a featherlight knife with real visual presence on the cutting board, this line delivers both in equal measure.
