I initially had trouble ordering this cleaver but my email stating the trouble was immediately answered. I had a problem with ordering through their website on my windows 11 machine but was able to complete the purchase with my phone. The shipping was immediate and I received it in 3 days time which included the weekend and I could not be more pleased with the knife. It arrived razor sharp, as sharp as my other knives and because of the thinness of the blade it glides through tomatoes and cabbage. I hope the company is able to make it easier to order but I can recommend this company and particularly this cleaver to anyone.
