Purchased this based on the video review by Steve G. and my gosh am I glad I did. I cook every day and have quite an array of nice knives shut they all pale in comparison to this beauty. Razor sharp is an understatement and it's held an edge beautifully. Slicing peppers and tomatoes takes no effort and proteins cut like butter. Worth every penny.
