What you can accomplish with a "Relatively" sharp knife in restoring the edge back to "Slicing" tomatoes and microwave soft burritos etc. is astonishing. Several minutes on these stops and using the CKTG diamond compounds, especially the 1 micron, will take the work out of refinishing the edge on polishing stone(s). What can be accomplished with an already sharp edge would not be believed by most people.
Secondly, as pleased as I was with the product, it important to point out my satisfaction with the transaction , from start to finish- Superb Job!!

As you age your hands lose quite a bit of strength and agility. There's nothing like a good sharp knife to make the task of cutting and carving easier. I am extremely well pleased with this wonderful strop. It is so easy to use and the results are outstanding!

Wow, this strop works great. Normally I use a 1000 grit edge pro stone followed, 2000 grit polish tape, then finish with a free hand strop with some green compound. Just tried this with some 1 micron diamond spray, and I'm impressed. I get a much nicer edge with this and the diamond compound.
