- verified customerIf you break down whole fish this knife is awesome. Blue steel is sharp, it stays sharp, and if you're not careful it will go through pin bones without you feeling it. It will make quick work of fish 2-20# and has the weight to knock the head right off while not affecting the edge. The handle isnt top shelf but the magnolia wood keeps its grip when it gets wet so that's a benefit. It gets the job done.
