Nigara SG2 Tsuchime Gyuto 240mm. Mr. Yoshizawa is a blacksmith in Aomori in the north of Japan and makes beautiful knives under the Nigara brand. During the early Edo Period, the city of Hirosaki was a castle town. There were over one hundred forging shops in the area. Nigara Forging is one of these historical Tsugaru blacksmith shops. The Nigara company has kept the traditional forging techniques alive and has remained committed to high-quality blade forging for centuries.
