This yanagi sashimi knife makes a great introduction to Masamoto knives. Masamoto Kasumi knives are made with quality craftsmanship. Please note these knives will rust so you need to keep them dry.

Very satisfied with entry level 270mm Masamoto KK Yanagi. OTB knife better w/ honing but wait for Custom handle from Stefan, then Dave to install handle and sharpen blade.
Great Yanagi, It is is my first one, easy to sharpen, and holds it edge very well. Just be sure to wipe the blade or might stain up some. Otherwise pretty good.
