I bought a set of the Richmond plating spoons about 5 years ago. I only kept a few because they make great gifts. As a home cook, I reach for this spoon daily. It is perfect for stirring batters, making pancakes, spooning muffin batter, and of course serving. It’s well proportioned for all of these daily tasks and is easy to hold. Highly recommended!
