Jan KramerI bought this knife to be used for cleaning shrimp, slicing garlic thinly, etc. the idea was to have a short knife that was easily controlled when my fingers are necessarily near the edge. This knife works great for that purpose. It arrived very sharp out of the box. The blade road is flat and the spine straight. The only problem is the handle is probably 2 mm wider in diameter than the ferrule. This makes holding the handle in a pinch grip feel off. It's a small quibble but does speak to the overall modest quality of manufacture. Was this rating helpful to you?
