This 270mm sujihiki from the Anryu Hammered lineup features a Hitachi Aogami #2 carbon steel core wrapped in stainless steel for easy upkeep. Aogami #2 is renowned for taking extremely keen edges with ease and holding up well during long prep sessions. This knife looks outstanding with the rustic yet elegant aesthetic for which this line is known. Since these are handmade knives, individual examples will vary in dimension from one another. While the stainless cladding makes maintenance minimal, the exposed carbon core will patina with normal use and may rust if not dried properly.

What a dream of a knife. F&F are really outstanding! I almost want to frame this knife and put it on my kitchen wall cause it's so good looking. OOTB was quite good but I took it to a 6k stone and it became amazing! CKTG packed this knife like nobody's business. Not only with all the stuff from the maker but an additional knife guard and tip guard. Simply outstanding, thank you CKTG for a wonderful experience.
