Posted By: Ioannis Tyropolis I'm writing this review after two months of using of this knive. I've sharpen it 3 times By now with everyday use. It's my line knive and I use it for everything. From braking down salmons to Cutting cases of carrots. In general is a very good knive for all purposes. I give it a low grading cozz it needs a lot of care, and if you are busy as a line cook it's difficult. It needs cleaning after every cut cozz of the reacting steel, to don't get rusty, the handle is very slippery, it gets sharp very difficult, at least 20 minutes on the stone and it has very bad balance. When they glue the handle with the steel they glue it a bit curved, not in straight line. For all purpose knive and for these money is good, but it's better to spend few more dollars and buy a good one than to buy one cheap hopping to be good like me. I took my lesson.
