Wusthof Gourmet Knives Wusthof Trident Gourmet Knives are produced with the same care and using the same steel as is used in all of the precision-forged product lines. The difference is that these knives have stamped blades instead of forged. The Gourmet line are lighter and less expensive than the Classic forged line that Wusthof manufactures.
