This cutting board (Size: 17.5" x 11.5" x 1") is made from rare Japanese Hinoki wood, which has been prized for centuries for its beauty, fragrance and longevity under the wettest conditions. The unusually straight grain structure of the wood makes for the perfect cutting surface for sharp knives. The medium-soft nature of the Hinoki wood provides a self-healing cutting surface that helps hide scratches. Limited one year warranty, made in Japan.
