This knife is very sharp. The handle is comfortable. It is perfect for individuals with arthritis.



Ceramic blades have a reputation of being brittle,but this knife is pretty tough. I have accidentally knocked it a few times against the counter as well as the steel faucet and haven’t seen so much as a single chip.

A nice,lightweight knife in a handy small size. It will be interesting to see how long it stays sharp.
