This looked like a good candidate. Unfortunately, this knife struggled with soft veggies, and wedged and cracked carrots.
Also, arrived with one tiny chip (easily fixed), and a sizable blob of epoxy on the blade itself, probably dripped on the blade when fixing the handle. Quite disappointing for the price range.
