- verified customerThe perfect knife for small kitchens at a very reasonable price! 8/10 edge out of the box that held up to 2.5 weeks of daily prep and service use. The finish on the handle is very nice but a bit slick in the hand if any moisture is present (I scoured it with a green dish pad to remove/ruff up the surface for more control). This was my first knife with a kurouchi finish, it is very soft and I have managed to remover parts of it with mild soap and a dish towel... :(. All said and done a wonderful work horse that is sure to last for years!!!
