is made from Aogami Super
steel which and is clad with stainless steel and then forged with a very nice kurouchi finish. The knife also comes with an excellent rosewood octagonal handle that is attractive and durable. The result is a lean, mean cutting machine that will blow through vegetables and hold an acute edge for a long time. Great blade from this young gun from Takefu Village.
