Ease of sharpening: 4 (don't go higher than 3000 grit)
Edge retention: 3+ (it sure requires more touch ups even than shirogami, which can be done quickly anyways)
Wedging: 2+ (it wedges on brocoli, light use only)
Food stickiness: 5 (it's a petty)
Profile: 3 (nothin remarkable although I love it)
NB: 6/10 OOTB.
