    This is the beautiful quality gyuto knife I like the most if compare Konosuke blue paper #2 steel , this knife able to cut pumpkin , Kumara just like butter.Sharp and value for the price which is ZDP 189 steel.

    i bought this knife and out of the box the sharpness was very good but i just have to put a micro bevel on it now it extremely sharp and used it for hours and still sharp
