SUISIN INOX Honyaki WA-GYUTOU 240mm. Suisin Inox Honyaki knives are made from Swedish Inox stainless steel. They come with octagonal wooden handles and water buffalo horn bolster. HRC 61-62. These are very light, thin bladed knives with excellent quality steel. Spine width at the heel is just 1.54mm. Each knife comes with a wooden sheath or Saya.
the best thing about this knife is that it is just plain fun to use… Just downright exciting,actually. I give this knife 10 out of 10 and would recommend it to anyone looking for the best wa-gyuto. It does take a little adjustment in technique to be able to use this knife well,but it is really worth it.

best knife i ever bought,with i came here first would have saved 75 bucks...
very light. takes a really sharp edge. touches up nice on a 4000 Imanishi stone. 20-30 strokes,right back to the initial edge. (15 degrees,70/30). easy to clean,warm water,and soap,don’t even need a green scrubby,just use your fingers. definitely not a workhorse,but still a great knife.
