Nice knife to keep around the house for doing small tasks. Keeps a nice edge,though not the best compared to other knives with better steel and the GF loves it,highly recommended.

After being satisfied with my Global G2 chef knife,I thought this would be a good addition for vegetables,as it is listed as a vegetable knife. However,the blade is a bit short in order to be an alternative to a nakiri.



The knife comes sharper than any German knife right out of the box. Although I didn’t find it to be great for veggie slicing,my girlfriend likes it and I think its a good utility knife.



I’ve never had a problem with the stainless steel handles,yet they are not for everyone. The triangular shape of this handle is very comfortable to me.
