Out of stock. This Shun Mandolin is the best slicing machine we have ever tested. Shun used the VG-10 Super Steel on the cutting blade which is the same steel used on their popular Shun Pro knives which allows for effortless slicing. The Unique pusher is silky smooth to use and comes with a self-adjusting spring which pushes the food down into the blade while you slice. The unit offers several height adjustments to alter the cutting thickness. Includes three sizes of julienne blades. Measures 20�" x 8" x 6�". Weight 10.5 lbs.
