Best knives I’ve ever used in my life..... and I’m old! Henckel 4 stars were the bomb when I went to school and at work in the 80’s..... They do not even rate in the same class as these Shun knives: Beautifully balanced knives,sharp and easily sharpened. Just make sure you use the right knife for the right job or you will cut yourself! (nice clean slices at that!)
