- verified customerI tried the 120 GS on a Cutco - It was the only 'beater' around - and it generated a burr in about three strokes (freehand) - a big one! It's way more aggressive than the 220 GS. It's too soon to say how fast it wears, but I like it so far. It's a black stone and more porous than the rest of the series. No soaking required. I bought the stone as soon as I tried it Seems a perfect stone for the Gizmo and freehand sharpening.
