Amazing knife. It is long but very easy to get used to. Has a decent sweet spot for chopping,but excels at slicing due to its thinness. I have been using it for three weeks now in a professional kitchen,not trying to baby it at all,and it is still just as sharp as it was when it arrived. It holds a great edge,and I couldn’t be happier with it!
