I learned to love it more and more everyday, especially now that I started working in a professional kitchen. I was sharp OOTB, but it is even sharper now that I learned how to sharpen it on a stone (King 100/6000). Blade is thin, light, nible, well balanced and dangerously sharp. I think this is an amazing knife for the price. Great place to start if you want to get into japanese blades!
