This knife has a gorgeous custom handle by Matt Delosso. The handle is Spalted Hackberry with an M3 Damascus ferrule and Nickel Silver metal and Black Titanium top and bottom spacers.
Richmond Damascus 270mm Sujihiki. This knife is stainless, san mai constructed with an ATS314 on the edge and a beautiful damascus pattern on the blade. The steel has been hardened to HRC 61 and will perform better than many stainless steel blades on the market today. The edge is ground 50/50 with a rosewood octagonal handle and ebony ferrule. This line was made in Japan with my partner Yoshikane.
